Steve Noll is Principal of the Tahoe office at the Design Workshop in Stateline, Nevada. Design Workshop specializes in landscape architecture, urban design and strategic services worldwide. Steve provides guidance to many community-based organizations, in the areas of mixed-use, recreation and design planning, multi-family, affordable housing and resort design.
